I am an experienced coach, facilitator and consultant, working with individuals and organisations in a wide range of contexts to support thoughtful development and change.

My work includes leadership and management development, organisation development, and counselling skills, alongside coaching and mentoring. I have also studied and taught in these areas, bringing depth to my practical experience.

I have postgraduate qualifications in organisation development, counselling and psychotherapy, and coaching and mentoring.

My work is guided by relevant professional standards, including the EMCC Global Code of Ethics.
